Our Industry & Services and Agro-Food divisions have their very own prevention engineering cell to assist you with your risk management.

Eric Blum
The added value provided by our role as Prevention Engineers lies in our ability to make technical arguments understandable and to share our experience, especially when it comes to convincing underwriters of the relevance of the actions developed by our clients.

More generally, their tasks are as follows:

  • CARRYING OUT PRE-AUDITS :in the event of site acquisitions or when preparing for site inspections by insurers, Bessé provides assistance in preparing prevention pre-audits.
  • INSPECTION SCHEDULE:in consultation between yourselves and Bessé, an inspection plan is established for each insurance year. Our Prevention Engineer draws up an audit schedule.
  • MONITORING SURVEY REPORTS:Bessé checks the draft survey reports and corrects any errors or inconsistencies, then certifies that the final document can be issued.
  • TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS:Your Prevention Engineer performs project reviews with you, in France and abroad, the aim of which is to ensure that the prevention and protection principles that you have laid down are complied with so that your activity remains in business.
  • ORGANISING AND STRUCTURING A MEETING TO REVIEW PREVENTION INSPECTIONS:to give priority to your projects with the Risk Manager and the people you have appointed within your Group (the New Works Manager, the Safety Manager, the Finance Director, etc.).
